Rather than compiling an encyclopedia, we have gathered together projects that offer variations to the central tenets of our work and give the reader, an opportunity to see how these variations play out in an ever greater variety,
For us, this is a look backward as well as a springboard for our future efforts, a chance to reflect on what we have been able to accomplish - in collaboration with all of our clients and colleagues - within this important moment in the evolving story of the American Restaurant and to challenge ourselves to continue to move forward along a trajectory of design it suggests.
